Three engagements · Figures I can defend

Three case studies, not thirty invented ones.

Most consultant sites carry a wall of case studies. Mine carries three, because those are the outcomes I recorded myself and would be comfortable being questioned about in a reference call.

Three engagements, described honestly.

Each one links to the full write-up: the situation, what I found, what changed, and what the result does not prove.

A year of behavior-led work on pages that already carried qualified traffic but were not asking for the sale. The clearest measurement I have.

Why there are only three

If you have looked at other SEO consultants, three case studies will seem thin. That is deliberate, and I would rather explain the reasoning than pad this page.

Why only three

These are the engagements where I recorded the outcome myself and can describe the method honestly. I have worked across more than forty industries over five years, and most of that work either sits under confidentiality, belongs to a former employer, or was never measured in a way that would survive scrutiny. Publishing it as a case study would mean reconstructing numbers I cannot evidence.

Why the clients are not named

Naming a client requires their permission, and I do not have it for these. Analytics screenshots carry the same problem. If you want verification before engaging, I would rather arrange a reference conversation with a past client than decorate this page with material I am not entitled to publish.

What this page will look like in a year

Longer, with permission gathered properly as engagements complete. Every new client is asked at the outset whether they would be willing to be referenced later, which is the only way this section grows without becoming fiction.

What three case studies do not prove

Past results are context, not prediction. Each of these involved a specific site, market and set of constraints, and none of that transfers automatically to yours. What does transfer is the method: diagnose before prescribing, sequence by consequence, evidence every recommendation. If you want to know whether that fits your situation, a short call is worth more than any case study on any consultant website.

Your situation next

Ask me for a reference call.

Send your URL and what you have already tried. If you want verification beyond what is published here, I will arrange a conversation with a past client rather than send you more screenshots.

What happens next

  1. You send the URLPlus anything already tried, so I do not repeat it.
  2. I review it firstBefore we speak, so the call is about your site specifically.
  3. Twenty honest minutesIncluding a reference conversation if you want one.
