What I do

Ten capabilities.
One coordinated strategy.

Every layer of modern SEO, treated as one system rather than ten separate invoices. Open any capability to see what it covers and where it sits in the sequence.

03On-Page SEO+
Keyword mapping, metadata, heading structure and internal linking aligned to genuine search intent instead of keyword density. See on-page SEO.
05E-commerce SEO+
Category and product optimization at template level, plus faceted navigation control across Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento. See e-commerce SEO.
07Link Building+
Editorial placements and digital PR built on genuine relevance, designed to survive the next algorithm update. See link building.

The problem

SEO breaks in
four ways

Most businesses are not stuck because of effort. The problem is further back: crawl access, unclear intent and authority that was never really built.

Team planning an SEO strategy session around a table
01No profile strategy+
Your business profile, category selection and review velocity decide local visibility long before your website does. Most sites treat the profile as an afterthought and lose the map pack to competitors with weaker websites.
02Invisible in AI search+
Answer engines cite sources with clear entity signals, structured data and genuinely useful passages. Sites optimized only for blue links get summarized around rather than cited.
03Reporting without revenue+
Ranking screenshots feel like progress. If a report cannot connect a position change to leads or revenue, it cannot support a budget decision, and the work looks optional the moment finance asks.
04A playbook built for 2018+
Exact-match keywords, thin location pages and volume link buying still appear in proposals. They now carry more risk than upside, and they crowd out the structural work that actually moves rankings.
How it works

From audit to
compounding growth

A phased approach that produces visible early wins while building the durable growth that takes longer to arrive but does not fall over.

01

Discovery & audit

I crawl the site the way a search engine does, read what Search Console actually recorded, and benchmark the competitors already winning your terms. Nothing is recommended until the data evidences it.

Key output: prioritized opportunity sheet
02

Strategy & roadmap

Every finding is scored by commercial impact against implementation effort, then sequenced into a ninety-day plan your developers and writers can actually execute.

Key output: sequenced 90-day roadmap
03

Execution & quick wins

Foundation first, so early wins fund the longer plays. I either do the work or brief your team and review it, and I stay accountable for the outcome in both cases.

Key output: shipped fixes and measured lift
04

Compound & scale

Content and authority build on a foundation that can finally carry them. Reporting ties positions and traffic to leads and revenue, and priorities are revisited every quarter.

Key output: monthly report tied to revenue
Who I am

A strategist,
not a tactician.

I am MD Toufiq-ur Rahman Kobir. I have led SEO inside a fifty-person team at ProDev Consults, managed more than twenty webmasters and copywriters as SEO Manager for JP Marketing in Dallas, and held Top Rated status on Upwork. That range matters, because most SEO problems are really decisions about architecture and priorities made before anyone thought about search.

  • Direct access, no account manager relay
  • Transparent, revenue-focused reporting
  • Built for the AI search era from day one

Why it works

One strategist.
Full accountability.

Integrated, not compartmented

Everything points at one target

Technical work, content and authority are planned together, because a excellent article on a page search engines cannot reach earns nothing. One strategy, one owner, one sequence, so nothing is optimized in isolation while the wider picture quietly drifts.

Measured on outcomes

Reporting you can act on

Rankings are a leading indicator, not the goal. Reporting is built around qualified leads, revenue and the questions your finance team will ask, so the budget conversation is evidence rather than opinion.

Built for AI search

Ready for where search is going

Entity clarity, structured data and citable passages are part of the base build, not an upsell added later. If an answer engine summarizes your category, the aim is for your brand to be the source it names.

Direct, start to finish

No account manager relay

The person who audits your site is the person who does the work and joins the call. Nothing is lost in translation between the strategist who understood the problem and the junior who inherited it.

What happens next

Booking a call is
the easy part

No pressure, no scripted pitch. Here is exactly what follows once you reach out.

Step 1

A short, honest conversation

Twenty minutes on your business, your market and what has already been tried. If I am not the right fit I will say so and point you somewhere better.

Step 2

A first look at your site

Before we speak I run a preliminary crawl, so the call is about your actual problems rather than generic advice you could have read anywhere.

Step 3

A scoped proposal

If it makes sense to work together you get scope, timeline and price in writing, with no lock-in and no retainer you cannot leave.

Word of mouth

What working together
feels like

“Toufiq actually understood our industry instead of applying a generic SEO template. Our organic leads grew steadily within a few months, and the reporting finally made sense.”
E-commerce founder · engagement via Upwork

I publish one client comment rather than a wall of invented praise. Verified career outcomes are on the about page, and the mechanics behind each result are in the case studies.

Deep dive

What does an SEO consultant actually do?

An SEO consultant researches how your buyers search, diagnoses why your site is not showing up for those searches, and builds a plan to fix it. That plan usually spans three areas: technical health, so search engines can reach and understand your pages; content relevance, so those pages resolve the question that was actually asked; and authority, so the wider web is willing to vouch for you. When one of those three fails, the other two stop mattering.

Technical foundations come first

Search engines allocate a finite budget to crawling your site. When that budget is spent on filtered category URLs, expired parameters and pages you would never show a customer, the pages that actually earn money get visited less often and updated more slowly. Before anything else I establish what is being crawled, what is being indexed, and whether those two sets resemble your commercial pages. Core Web Vitals, JavaScript rendering, canonical logic and internal linking all sit in this layer. None of it is glamorous. It is simply the work that makes everything after it possible.

Content has to answer the question that was asked

Keyword research used to be about volume. It is now about intent and coverage. Someone comparing options is not ready to buy, and someone searching for a price is not looking for a definition. Mapping those distinctions to specific pages, then writing pages that genuinely resolve the question rather than circling it, is what separates content that ranks from content that merely exists. Where you already have content, consolidating and refreshing it is almost always faster and cheaper than publishing more.

Authority is earned, not purchased

Links remain one of the strongest signals in search, which is exactly why the shortcuts are so heavily policed. Buying volume is a liability that eventually has to be cleaned up. The durable approach is to be genuinely useful to publishers, journalists and industry sites, and to make referencing you easy. It takes longer, and it does not get undone by the next update.

Answer engines moved the finish line

AI Overviews and assistant-style search increasingly answer the question without sending a click. Being cited by those systems depends on clear entity signals, structured data and passages written so they can be lifted and attributed cleanly. That is why answer engine and generative engine optimization are part of the base build in every engagement I run, rather than a line item added at renewal.

What you should expect from a consultant

Expect a diagnosis before a prescription, priorities you can argue with, and reporting that connects the work to money. Expect to be told when something is not worth doing. And expect the person who audits the site to be the person who does the work, because the alternative is a translation layer where accountability quietly disappears. If that is how you want to work, an SEO audit is usually the right first step and a short call is the fastest way to find out whether we are a fit.
